Intermediate Cruising & Mileage Builders – Toronto
Ready for the next step in your sailing training? Interested in the live-aboard experience?
Intermediate Keelboat Cruising is a live-aboard course offered as a five-day, 4 night (excludes theory) or 6 day, 5 night (included theory) .
Upon completion of this course, you should be able to cruise safely and efficiently on a sloop-rigged sailing yacht of up to 12 metres in moderate wind and sea conditions by day. This course emphasizes on-the-water skills at a level acceptable for bare boat chartering for extended cruises in coastal waters. Your on-water ability will be assessed against the afloat skills required for the Sail Canada Intermediate Cruising Standard. See course details & dates below.
Courses are run on a Catalina 309 “In the Moment”.
Live Aboard Experience Milage Builder (3 days, 2 nights or 4 days, 3 nights) Catalina 320
